Logging in to the SkillGrader App

Now that we have the App installed and configured, our last step to complete before diving into assessments is to get logged in!

Once configured, the app will take you to the Login page, which will serve as your default landing page moving forward.

There are 3 potential ways to log in, you can use a Username, Email or User ID. I will explain each one below.

1. Username: A customer username provided during the setup of a user.
2. Email: Typically an organization email address but can also be the personal email address
3. User ID: This ID is generated automatically and consists of a capitalized first initial of the first name followed by the last name (e.g. Seth Jarvis would become SJarvis)

Any of these 3 options will work, however, we have found that using an email address is easiest as users rarely forget their email.

The default password for all users will be the same. In the event where a user requires a password reset, this user will be reset to the default password. This password is case sensitive!
