Dashboard - Admin Perspective

The SkillGrader dashboard provides a centralized hub for monitoring and interpreting assessment results. It turns raw data into a clear picture of how your teams are performing and where they have room to grow.

By utilizing these insights, leadership can ensure that training stays impactful and teams remain fully prepared.

Accessing the Dashboard

Your organization’s configuration and login credentials were provided in your post-onboarding email. You can find your specific dashboard URL in Step 4. To maintain data security, only share this link with designated assessors. After signing in, you will be directed to the dashboard overview, which is organized as follows.

The dashboard is organized into three specialized tabs: Organization, Participant, and Compliance Performance. Each view features intuitive filters, allowing you to quickly isolate the specific data points you need. 

For further analysis, you can use the Download CSV button on any tab to export your current view into a spreadsheet.

Below, we explore the primary functions of each tab:

 

Organization Performance

This high-level view provides a macro perspective of your workforce. It is designed to help leadership identify broad trends, compare department benchmarks, and assess the overall health of the organizations skill base.

 

Participant Performance

This tab offers a granular look at individual results. It is the primary tool for managers to review specific strengths and weaknesses, allowing for personalized coaching and more effective 1-on-1 performance reviews.

 

Click on any participant's name to access their comprehensive performance profile. This view displays their entire assessment history, with individual-level filters to help you quickly find the specific data you need.

 

Compliance Performance

Use this tab to monitor course completions and certifications across your team. It’s the easiest way to make sure everyone has met their requirements and stayed on top of their necessary training.
