You can open a ticket from the main page of the SkillGrader Knowledge base by selecting the "Submit a Request" option on the upper right hand side of the page. Please be sure to include your first and last name as well as the name of the organization you are reaching out from.
Alternatively, you can also email our support email address at support@skillgrader.com to open a ticket.
