What is Segmentation?

Segmentation allows you to organize assessments and users with custom tags, streamlining your selection process and ensuring the right data is always at your fingertips. 

To filter your assessments or users, simply use the dropdown menu populated with your custom tags. These tags are established during the initial setup based on the data provided in your assessment packages and user lists. To update your existing tags or add new ones, please contact your SkillGrader Customer Success Representative, who will be happy to assist with your configuration.

How do tags function within the SkillGrader app?

In the example image we can see below, this organization has chosen to arrange their assessments by type. The tags selected to represent the different form types in this example are 'Emergency Medical Services' and 'Fire Suppression'. Each assessment has been tagged by the SkillGrader team with one of the two tags listed previously. When we select either option, the list of assessments is filtered to only include assessments that match the selected tag.

Segmentation is also available during our participant selection process. In the example we can see below, participants have been grouped into Squads for easier management. Selecting a squad identifier from the dropdown will automatically filter your view to show only members of that squad, making for a simpler and more streamlined selection process.
